The staff were friendly and helpful, with a great location near shops. The beds were comfortable, the room had ample storage space, and the bathroom was clean. The continental breakfast was delicious and there was a pleasant garden area. Parking was convenient.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Everything about this hotel is great. The owners speak Spanish ,which I am fluent in, and so communication is not a problem - I don't speak German. We use it every year when we attend CeBIT and as long as the standards remain the same we will continue to use it. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Nothing I didn't like but something that could be improved is the wireless coverage for Internet use in the rooms.

the location was very convenient as it was very close to the autobahn and the train station. It was also near the shops, making it easy for me to do some shopping. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and provided great service. They were attentive to my needs and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with disabled facilities in the bathroom. The breakfast included was also a highlight, with lots of fruit, including fresh juicy watermelon.

No issues, everything was great.

Big room, own bathroom in the room

We were told to come down for breakfast at 7-7.30 am, but when we came down at the specified time, we were told to be very quiet, because the hotel guests were sleeping.... Would have prefered to come later, and not to be told to be silent. The beds were not so good (old and worn out). There was no window in the bathroom and the ventilation didn't work. Breakfast was okay, but we missed some cold bevarages, ie water, apple juice, etc.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for shopping and near the train station and autobahn. the rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were great, especially the key that allowed us to come and go as we please. the staff was responsive and friendly, and they helped us with all our needs. the only downside was breakfast starting a bit late, but it was still mouth-watering.

We stayed in one of the flatlets and it was amazing value for money! A large attic style right angled room with plenty of space and storage. Nice new and clean woden floring with a large right angled sofa. Our own front door and even a fully fitted kitchenete with appliances....I Have stayed in so called nicer places who charge more, but offer less than this hotel!

Many things about this hotel were poor but the worst aspects were the rudeness of the owner and the stench of cigarette smoke everywhere.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was just off the motorway and not far from the train station. Plus, there were shops nearby, which made it easy for me to get whatever I needed. The hotel facilities were clean, and the parking was on-site, which was helpful. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff, who provided excellent service.

The hotel was conveniently located near some nice attractions and offered a good breakfast selection with freshly squeezed juice and delicious pastries. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel lacked proper heating and we were freezing during our New Year's stay. the room was not well-insulated and we could hear noise from other guests.
